"Since we met Dave in the summer of 2020, he's helped my husband and I buy our first home, helped my parents purchase an investment property, and even provided guidance to my mother-in-law in regards to the potential sale of her home. In short. Dave's our real-estate hero, and we ABSOLUTELY adore him! As first time home buyers, we were understandably nervous - and tremendously naive - about the whole process. Appreciating this, our first meeting with Dave was relaxed, not rushed, and totally put our minds at ease. When my parents were looking for an investment property, they instantly asked us for Dave's contact. They live out of province, and Dave was phenomenal at keeping open communication with them throughout the whole process, and my husband went along with him to visit homes to be my parents 'eyes and ears' on the ground.
