A light two-toned kitchen is punctuated with a black hex tile backsplash set against a rich deep grey quartz and accented with warm pendant lighting. The powder room pops with a splash of black and white tile and the black metal screen that is a feature of the main floor stairwell is a stunner. The play of light and dark continues upstairs with light grey millwork and bright rooms grounded with black and white accents.
