We turned this design on its ear to make the most of the lot’s avenue-facing side, and its streetfacing side. Over 1500 square feet of developed space includes 3 bedrooms, plus west facing back yards that are outfitted for all your BBQ needs. There’s a West Coast modern feel to third-floor loft featuring vaulted ceilings and private rooftop patio perfect for entertaining. The exterior façade pops with an eye-catching array of pattern, texture and contrast. Black vertical corrugated metal and natural cedar in a chevron pattern combine with pitched roofs and crisp white stucco to show-stopping effect. *Click on the map to view all projects* *CHECK OUT A COMPLETED AND STAGED RNDSQR TOWNHOME THIS SATURDAY 1PM - 4PM* Grey concrete hex tile in the front entrance sets the stage for our theme of layered patterns. A light two-toned kitchen is punctuated with a black hex tile backsplash set against a rich deep grey quartz and accented with warm pendant lighting. The powder room pops with a splash of black and white tile and the black metal screen that is a feature of the main floor stairwell is a stunner. The play of light and dark continues upstairs with light grey millwork and bright rooms grounded with black and white accents.
